Accepted Payment Options

We offer several payment methods to accommodate your financial needs:

  • Private Pay: Payments can be made via personal checks or cashier's checks.
  • Long-Term Care Insurance (Pending): We accept most private long-term care insurance plans.
  • Arizona Complete Health ALTCS (Pending): AHCCCS Medicaid is accepted for eligible residents.

Move-In Checklist

To facilitate a smooth transition, we require the following documents prior to move-in:

  • COVID-19 Negative Test: A recent negative test result for COVID-19.
  • TB Test Results: Documentation indicating no signs or symptoms of tuberculosis.
  • Prescriptions: A copy of prescriptions as ordered by the doctor, including over-the-counter medications.
  • Power of Attorney (POA) Copy: If applicable, please provide a copy of the POA.
  • Benefits Statement: A statement of Social Security, pension, or other benefits, if applicable.
